SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING TIME:
- FRANCE: 2 to 3 business days.
- EUROPE: 3 to 5 business days.
- VENEZUELA: 3 to 5 business days.
- REST OF THE WORLD: from 5 business days. This is an estimated delivery time, it can depend on the country's customs policies and clearance. Taxes for international shipping may vary depending on the country and should be paid by the customer. Arrecife Accesorios not responsible for Custom Taxes.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Orders will be processed in 2 to 3 business days. Please note that we process orders only on business days. When the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation mail, with the tracking number and the link to track it.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURN POLICY:
Once the item is delivered to the destination the customer has 10 business days to return it. In order to fulfil an eligible return, the jewelry must be unused and returned in the same condition as delivered, with the original packaging.
The jewelry must be returned with a proof of purchase.
REFUND POLICY (if applicable):
A refund will be generated in 7 to 14 business days (depending on your bank) after receiving the jewelry.
Refunds won't be generated for damaged jewelry.
If your item was on sale, it will be refunded under the sale price.
WARRANTY:
Our jewelry is covered by a 2-months warranty. Warranty applies under the following conditions:

Abrupt discoloration of the jewelry before 2-months warranty expires.

Breakage/rupture of the piece, for example, broken chain, broken earring base.

Note: The warranty does not cover usual wear and tear, items that have been damaged by the wearer, items not used for their intended purpose and items that have been intentionally altered.
JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All of our jewelry pieces are made with 24K 3 micron gold plated or 925 sterling silver materials, please note these care instructions to ensure your jewelry's proper care:

Apply first your cream or perfume before wearing your jewelry

To better preserve your jewelry, store it in its pouch/box and try to keep it away from humidity.
Note: Skin's acidity (PH) has an important role on the jewelry oxidation. Some people can tarnish jewerly faster than others.
